About the Role As an Agency Registered Nurse,



you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working alongside experienced aged care teams.
Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing safe and high-quality nursing care to residents
- Medication administration and clinical assessments
- Care planning and documentation
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with Care Managers, Clinical Care Coordinators and care staff
- Responding appropriately to changes in residents' clinical conditions
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies

Requirements

- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current Police Check
