- Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chefs de Partie
- Remuneration: $79,500 - $100,000 per annum
- Pyrmont, NSW location

LuMi Dining is a two-hatted, waterfront restaurant offering dining that blends up-to-date Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist.

We are currently looking to fill a number of Chef positions at various levels such as Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.

Chefs:

- Work with Executive Chef and team in menu planning and recipe generation
- Manage company standards of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness throughout the back of house (kitchen)
- Share international cooking experiences, techniques and help train others
- Prepare, season and portion food and menu items to specification

To be considered you will need a Diploma Hospitality qualification and/or at least 1- 3 years of employment experience.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and role, between $79,500 - $100,000 per annum. These are full time positions (38 hours per week) with immediate starts available.
