About the Chance

In this role, you'll be the key point of support for UPark customers and Adelaide Central Bus Station users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations both in office and remotely. If an emergency arises, you'll be part of the team ensuring a safe and orderly response, helping staff, tenants, and customers navigate the situation with confidence.

Beyond the operational side, you'll also provide valuable administrative support, collaborate with security teams, and help uphold a safe and customer-friendly workplace. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that keeps the city moving.

The UPark business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be working rotating shifts between the hours of 6am and midnight over 7 days.
