Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 5-month contract on a medical construction project in Central Rockhampton.

The Role:

- 5-month contract
- Central Rockhampton location
- Medical construction project valued at approximately $800k
- Manage the project from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Manage programme, QA and site safety
- Liaise with the client, consultants and project team
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor
- Commercial construction experience
- Medical, health or live-workplace experience highly regarded
- Strong subcontractor and programme management skills
- Ability to manage a project independently from start to finish
- Strong communication and leadership skills
