Client Service & Operations Coordinator
Celsius Air | Wangara | Full Time | $70,000–$90,000 + Super | Flexible arrangements for the right person
Be the operational heartbeat of our service team.
At Celsius Air, we’re not your average air conditioning company.
We’re a fast-growing, high-performing team delivering residential and commercial heating and cooling solutions across Perth. Our reputation is built on reliability, technical excellence, quality workmanship, and genuinely exceptional customer service.
We’ve also built a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of — with weekly team breakfasts, monthly toolbox meetings, quarterly team events, supportive leadership, and real opportunities for career growth.
Now we’re looking for a Client Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where quality, accountability, and problem-solving matter.
Whether you’re an experienced coordinator looking for your next challenge or an ambitious up-and-comer ready to step into a bigger role — we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This role is the operational engine room of our service and installation departments.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating jobs, supporting technicians, managing customer communication, and ensuring projects move smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
This is a hands-on coordination role with genuine ownership, variety, and opportunity for growth.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team and have support available for escalations, overflow, and ongoing development — so while this role carries responsibility, you won’t be doing it alone.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a broader operations-focused role where they can make a real impact and grow with the business.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, hands-on coordination role where organisation, problem-solving, and sound decision-making are part of your everyday.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Service team, helping ensure jobs run smoothly, customers stay informed, and technicians have everything they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Your day may include:
- Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
- Scheduling service, maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work
- Coordinating technicians, suppliers, and customers to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Raising purchase orders, ordering parts, and tracking job requirements
- Preparing quotations, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate job administration
- Keeping customers updated throughout their journey and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring job documentation, reports, photos, and closeout requirements are completed accurately
- Supporting process improvements and operational efficiency across the business
- Following up overdue customer accounts and maintaining accurate payment records
This role requires someone who can stay organised, think practically, make confident decisions, and remain calm when priorities shift.
No two days are exactly the same — and that’s exactly what makes this role rewarding.
About You
This role could suit an experienced coordinator already working in the trades or service industry — or an ambitious up-and-comer ready to step into a bigger role.
You might currently be working as a Service Coordinator, Operations Administrator, Scheduler, Customer Service Coordinator, Trade Administrator, or in a similar support role, and you’re ready for more ownership, responsibility, and career growth.
What matters most to us is attitude, accountability, and the ability to keep things moving.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in administration, scheduling, coordination,
customer service, or operational support
- Trade, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using systems and learning new technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset when things get busy
- Initiative, sound judgement, and pride in doing quality work
You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who:
✔ Loves structure, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly
✔ Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
✔ Takes ownership and follows things through
✔ Makes decisions confidently and practically
✔ Enjoys solving problems and helping customers
✔ Wants to grow with a business that’s going places
We’re happy to invest in the right person if you bring the right mindset, work ethic, and ambition.
