Workfast is looking for a Forklift Operator for an immediate start with a temp-to-perm chance at our client's warehouse in Thomastown, Victoria.

- $38.00 -$ 40 per hour
- ASAP start
- Ongoing work with stable hours
- 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Temp-to-perm opportunity

What you need

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential) with Counterbalance
- Previous experience as a Storeperson or in warehouse operations
- Confident forklift operating skills
- Must have experience working as a forklift driver/store person position
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday-Friday
- Must be able to apply for a Section 77g Custom Bonds Facility
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to pass a medical
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

What you will be doing

- Loading hoppers with materials and performing general yard cleaning duties
- Monitoring all plant and equipment,



scheduling & conducting maintenance as required
- Managing maintenance & production tasks, which include some level of manual handling
- Perform general labouring duties to support the team as required.
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up.
