ABOUT THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take a key role across two significant client-side projects.
The primary project is a $180m masterplan for a leading independent school, involving the staged planning and delivery of major new and upgraded facilities across an operational campus.

You will also work across a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment, managing the complexities associated with upgrading an existing heritage asset while coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Working alongside an experienced Project Director, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of the projects across design, approvals, procurement and construction.

DUTIES

- Support the Project Director across major client-side projects
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a $180m education masterplan
- Deliver a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment
- Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultants
- Drive design development,



approvals and procurement
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting
- Coordinate contractors and key project stakeholders
- Drive project outcomes and key deadlines
- Support projects through construction and completion

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or related discipline
- Local client-side Project Management experience
- Strong end-to-end project delivery capability
- Experience delivering new build and/or major refurbishment projects
- Education, commercial, heritage or aged care experience highly regarded
- Strong design management capability
- Experience with procurement and contract administration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
