What you'll be doing

- Providing outstanding customer service and healthcare support

- Assisting customers with over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and health solutions

- Promoting Care Clinic services and myTWC Rewards

- Maintaining strong merchandising standards and executing catalogues and promotions

- Managing stock, expiry checks and stock rotation

- Supporting the achievement of pharmacy sales and service goals

- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations,



QCPP and workplace safety requirements

What we're looking for

- Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience preferred

- S2/S3 qualification highly regarded

- Strong knowledge of OTC medicines, vitamins and complementary health products

- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment

- Someone who takes initiative and is proud of doing a great job
