About the role

Help shape how one of Australia's largest public health services communicates with its community, workforce and stakeholders. As Manager Digital Communication and Design, you will lead Metro North Health's online and design functions, driving the delivery of engaging digital experiences, contemporary visual communications and user-focused content that supports organisational priorities and strengthens community engagement.

Leading a specialist team of online and design professionals, you will oversee the delivery of digital publishing, corporate identity and graphic design services while providing strategic communications advice across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence digital strategy, champion innovation and ensure Metro North Health's digital and visual communications remain accessible, impactful and aligned with best practice.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Lead the development and implementation of online, digital and design initiatives that support Metro North Health's strategic objectives and communication priorities.
- Provide expert advice on digital communication, graphic design, corporate identity management and user-centred online service delivery.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of innovative, responsive and customer-focused online and design services.
- Oversee digital publishing,



online content governance, information management and graphic design services to maintain quality, accessibility and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver contemporary communication solutions and promote best-practice digital engagement.
