We are looking for passionate hospitality leaders to join our management team.

The Opportunity

We have opportunities available across Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager levels, depending on your experience and career goals.
Whether you're an experienced hospitality manager or an emerging leader ready to take the next step, we're looking for people who enjoy being hands-on, leading from the floor and creating great experiences for both guests and their team.
This is a role for someone who understands that great hospitality starts with being present, setting the standard and supporting the team through every service.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day service across the restaurant, public bar, courtyard and functions.
- Be a visible and hands-on leader during service, supporting the team and ensuring guests receive a consistently high standard of hospitality.
- Manage busy services, functions, events and key trading periods with confidence.
- Build solid relationships with our regular guests and local community.
- Lead, coach and develop FOH and bar team members.
- Support training, onboarding and ongoing team development.
- Set transparent expectations around service, presentation and venue standards.
- Drive food, beverage and wine sales through knowledgeable and engaging service.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Oversee opening,



closing, cash handling and daily operational procedures.
- Support stock control, ordering and inventory management.
- Assist with labour planning and effective shift allocation.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, food safety, health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the senior management and kitchen teams to keep the venue running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience, with opportunities available across different levels.
- A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for service.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills.
- The ability to lead confidently during busy and high-volume service.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach to hospitality.
- A genuine interest in food, wine and beverage.
- Good wine knowledge is highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of service standards, team culture and guest experience.
- Current Victorian RSA.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends and key trading periods.
