About the role

Leap Health Physiofit is looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team in Launceston. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in assisting with their enquiries and providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

- Assist clients with booking appointments

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

- Manage referrals, appointments and practitioner schedules

- Process payments, invoices, and health fund claims (e.g., NDIS, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover)

- Maintain a clean and organised desk area

- Provide administrative support to practitioners as needed

About you

- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week (9:30–5:30PM) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Robust multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in a reception or administration role (experience in allied health or medical settings highly regarded)

- Confidence using practice management software (e.g., TM3 or similar)
