About the role

The Executive General Manager, Planning Change and Assurance is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing enterprise leadership of the TAC's strategic project portfolio. The role ensures organisational priorities, investment decisions, resources and transformation initiatives are aligned to strategy and positioned to deliver sustainable value and improved organisational performance.

About the Team

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role leads the Planning, Change and Assurance Division, with three direct reports and responsibility for a strategically significant enterprise portfolio. As a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, the role provides independent advice to support informed decision-making, strengthen delivery confidence, and ensure the TAC's strategic priorities are effectively governed, prioritised and delivered.

What we’re looking for

Enterprise Portfolio Management Expertise

Extensive experience leading enterprise portfolio management, strategic planning and assurance, with a proven ability to translate organisational strategy into an integrated and prioritised portfolio of investments that deliver measurable value and outcomes.

Strategic Advisory and Enterprise Leadership

Proven success advising CEOs,



Executive Leadership Teams and Boards on complex strategic progress of investment decisions for Enterprise Transformation, combining sound judgement and enterprise thinking.

Commercial and Investment AcumenStrong commercial and financial leadership, with experience informing major investment and funding, benefits realisation and resource allocation decisions within complex environments.
