- Lead software and technical design activities for complex development solutions
- Provide technical leadership and specialist advice to development teams
- Drive software development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities
- Lead release planning, deployment and production support activities
- Review and analyse technical requirements and provide solution recommendations
- Investigate and resolve complex ICT and application issues
- Promote software engineering best practices, standards and governance

- Experience with BODS Script Transforms, Query Transforms, Validation Transforms, Database Extraction Functions, Database Load Functions, Address Transforms, Name Transforms and Real-Time Services
- Solid experience leading software development activities within complex enterprise environments
- Experience across software design, systems integration, release management and deployment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership capability
- Baseline Security Clearance
