About the Role

Join the Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Senior Leadership Team and help shape high-quality, sustainable services across CALHN. You'll lead operational performance, support strategic priorities and drive service improvement across multiple sites.

- Lead operational activities across Neuroscience and Rehabilitation
- Shape strategic direction, service standards and priorities
- Drive workforce, financial and operational performance
- Oversee budgets, assets, risk, safety and quality outcomes
- Lead service reform, complex change and sustainable improvement

About You

You're a collaborative leader who brings sound judgement, strategic thinking and a strong commitment to high-quality public healthcare. To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold an appropriate Allied Health qualification and registration
- Bring senior operational leadership in a clinical setting
- Apply financial,



workforce and business management expertise
- Use data and patient flow insights to drive performance
- Lead change and build strong multidisciplinary partnerships
