Our client is looking for a sharp B2B/B2C Appointment Setter with proven experience driving solar sales in the Australian market. You'll act as the vital voice bridging B2C homeowners with clean energy solutions and B2B clients with cutting-edge AI technology.

Client Overview

Join a dynamic Australian entrepreneur managing multiple growing businesses in the solar energy and AI technology sectors. You'll work directly with a business owner who values performance and provides comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM AWST, with 30 min unpaid break (35 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Conduct B2C cold calling to homeowners in Perth, Western Australia for solar energy solutions
- Perform B2B cold calling to businesses for AI receptionist technology
- Generate qualified leads independently for both business verticals
- Schedule appointments and book meetings for the business owner to close deals
- Adapt daily focus between solar leads and AI receptionist leads based on business priorities
- Follow comprehensive training protocols and company “non-negotiables” strictly
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company with excellence
- Track and report on lead generation and appointment setting performance

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of cold calling experience
- Comfortable with both B2B and B2C sales approaches
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to adapt between different business verticals (solar energy and AI technology)




- Bonus if you have experience in solar, technology, or appointment setting roles
- It helps if you're familiar with the Australian market or have worked with Australian clients
