The Geelong College invites applications from highly effective, cutting-edge and motivated educators for the position of Head of Digital Advancement & Reporting.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the integration of technology into teaching and learning across The Geelong College, from Early Learning to Year 12. The position combines a 0.4 FTE teaching load with a 0.6 FTE Position of Responsibility.

The Head of Digital Advancement & Reporting will lead the development and implementation of technology-rich teaching and learning practices across the College, working collaboratively with the Director of ICT, Director of Teaching and Learning and other leaders to ensure the effective use of learning technologies both within and beyond the classroom.

Key areas of responsibility include the effective use and development of learning management systems, staff professional development, student education in the effective and safe use of technology, implementation of new platforms and programs, and the administration of semester reporting and learning data systems.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, an ability to lead strategic initiatives and facilitate change, and a commitment to using technology and learning data to enhance teaching,



learning and student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant educational qualification and experience in a similar leadership role
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HTLAID 009), and Asthma Management Certificate
- Have completed the Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations Non Government Schools module
- Completion of either The College's anaphylaxis training, or Accredited course: 22578VIC - Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
- Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
- Experience with a range of software and learning technologies, including systems such as SEQTA, Synergetic and Microsoft 365, would be highly regarded.
