What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to Histology and Cytology services to ensure the accurate and timely management of laboratory cases, data, records and multidisciplinary team (MDT) activities. The role supports pathologists, scientists, clinicians and external stakeholders through effective case administration, medical transcription, customer service and records management.

Apply now by addressing the following questions: * Demonstrated experience providing administrative support services in a high-volume healthcare, pathology, laboratory or similar environment, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated experience using laboratory information systems, electronic records management systems and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate information and support service delivery.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records, process documentation and manage data with a high level of attention to detail while ensuring confidentiality and privacy requirements are met.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex administrative processes, including case management, referral coordination, tracking activities, meeting support and stakeholder liaison.
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and commitment to providing responsive, professional and effective service to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, using initiative and sound judgement to achieve service objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,



including the ability to build productive working relationships and communicate effectively with clinicians, pathologists, health professionals and administrative staff at all levels of the organisation.
