About the Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from initial site assessment through to completion, ensuring works are accurately scoped, appropriately resourced and delivered to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, taking ownership of their work, and building trusted relationships with trades and clients alike.





Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Carry out site inspections, preparing accurate scopes, reports and estimates

- Oversee project delivery from start to finish – coordinating trades, materials, and timeframes

- Ensure works meet quality, safety and compliance standards

- Liaise with insurance clients, assessors, and homeowners

- Provide leadership and mentorship as the SA team continues to grow

- Identify opportunities to build relationships in the region

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Estimator in insurance building

- Ability to manage end-to-end repair projects independently

- Trade background or relevant qualification preferred

- Strong client liaison, problem-solving, and time management skills

- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus

- Valid Driver’s License and White Card
