The Opportunities

We are seeking Structures Foremen with extensive experience delivering medium to high-rise residential developments, ideally within sophisticated Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments.

You will be responsible for managing complex structural works, coordinating formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning and concrete subcontractors, maintaining programme milestones and ensuring exceptional standards of safety and quality.

You will join well-resourced project teams working under experienced construction leadership, with access to established systems and genuine opportunities for career progression.

About You





- Extensive experience as a Structures Foreman on medium to high-rise residential developments.

- A strong background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor or established developer-builder.

- Excellent technical knowledge of complex concrete structures, structural sequencing and construction methodology.

- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage programme milestones and maintain high safety standards.

- Strong employment tenure, a demonstrated record of project delivery and excellent skilled references.

- A genuine willingness to relocate to South East Queensland.
