ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Hunter GWM & Cardiff GWM are seeking experienced and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced automotive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and workshop teams, ensuring each customer receives clear communication and a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the servicing process

- Booking and coordinating vehicle service and repair appointments

- Liaising with customers regarding vehicle requirements, progress and recommended repairs

- Working closely with technicians and workshop teams to ensure efficient workflow

- Preparing repair orders, invoices and service documentation accurately

- Identifying additional service and repair opportunities where appropriate

- Following up with customers and maintaining solid ongoing relationships

- Working towards individual and dealership performance targets





SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- Confidence working in a busy dealership environment

- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

- Good computer and dealership system skills

- A proactive, qualified and team-focused attitude

- Current Driver's Licence
