Join North Western BreastScreen at The Royal Melbourne Hospital's Royal Park Campus, supporting the delivery of breast screening and early detection services across Melbourne and rural Victoria.
As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll provide administrative, data and coordination support across the service. This includes data entry and quality assurance, clinic and appointment preparation, correspondence, records management, stakeholder liaison and responding to enquiries.
You'll also provide reception support when required, contributing to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the service.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide accurate data entry and general administrative support.
- Prepare clinic materials, correspondence and reports.
- Maintain records, filing systems and data quality.
- Provide reception relief, including phone and patient enquiries.
- Manage mail, couriers, deliveries and stock.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance and smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
You're an experienced administrator who brings:
- 5+ years' experience in administration, data management or a similar role
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence building relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to learn new systems and work across a range of software applications
- Relevant administrative qualifications are highly regarded
