The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our team, reporting directly to the Delivery Manager. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will be fully immersed in our daily operations. Based at our head office in Eagle Farm and at various project locations, you won't just go through the motions—you will be the engine that keeps our projects running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

- Keep projects moving smoothly by maintaining schedules, organising meetings, tracking deadlines, and proactively following up on action items to ensure deliverables are on time.

- Champion project administration by ensuring all vital documentation is organised, updated, and filed.

- Drive the procurement process by sourcing the best quotes, raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing invoices while keeping a close eye on the budget.

- Support end-to-end delivery tasks, assisting through the full lifecycle.

- Act as the communication hub, preparing explicit progress reports and fearlessly escalating issues early to Engineers, the Manufacturing team, and the Delivery Manager.

About You

- You are seeking a true work-life balance or need to work around other commitments.

- You have qualifications in, or are studying Project Management, Engineering, or Construction





- You possess incredible follow-up skills—you aren't afraid to chase people down and make sure things get done.

- You are highly comfortable and confident collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing teams, and Suppliers.

- You boast excellent IT and system navigation skills, alongside strong general literacy and the ability to interpret technical information.

- You are a proactive problem-solver who can analyse budgets and timeframes, prioritise multiple jobs, and make informed decisions under pressure.

- You hold a current and valid driver’s licence and are capable of driving to various LGI sites and assets.

- You are ready to be fully present; this is a hands-on, operational role (not suitable for remote or work-from-home arrangements).
