About the role

MainCrew is seeking a experienced Excavator Operators for civil works— SHORT & LONG TERM PROJECTS people who know their machines, take their work seriously and enjoy being part of a team.

This position will suit those who bring sound judgement, work effectively with site supervision and ground crews, and understands the importance of completing work accurately and efficiently.

- Proven excavator operating experience on civil projects, with details of the equipment sizes and types of work completed

- Good machine control and the ability to work safely and accurately around services, structures, other plant and personnel

- Relevant excavator competency documentation and a White Card

- Transparent communication, reliability and a willingness to contribute to the wider civil crew

- Experience in bulk earthworks, drainage, final trim, batter work or GPS machine-control systems





- Knowledge of excavator makes, models and tonnages you have operated
