Main Duties:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all ICT support and service issues, managing escalations and coordinating with the managed service provider and external vendors.
- Oversee the end-to-end resolution of IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for staff.
- Manage ICT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, software, and user accounts, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and processes.
- Support the administration and operation of key technology platforms, including the 3CX phone system, staff onboarding/offboarding processes, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external ICT partners, providing regular reporting and participating in account management meetings.
- Identify, escalate, and assist in managing ICT and cybersecurity risks and incidents, supporting business continuity requirements.
- Develop and maintain ICT documentation, user guides, and training resources to improve system usage and staff capability.




- Mentor and support junior operational staff in delivering day-to-day technical support and ICT administration services.
- Contribute to ICT projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and broader operational activities as directed by the COO and ICT Manager.

This is a hybrid position.
