Saw Operator – Aluminium Manufacturing

Wholesale Roller Shutters – Kwinana Beach, WA

Wholesale Roller Shutters is a growing WA manufacturer supplying custom-made aluminium roller shutters to the trade.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Saw Operator to join our production team at our Kwinana Beach facility.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role, and previous experience operating an industrial saw/cutting machine is essential.

The Role

Your duties will include:

- Set up and operate saw machinery to accurately cut aluminium roller shutter components

- Cut aluminium extrusions and components to specified measurements

- Read and work from production sheets and cutting lists

- Accurately measure materials before and after cutting

- Check finished components for accuracy and quality

- Identify material defects before processing

- Minimise material waste through accurate cutting

- Perform basic saw maintenance and blade checks

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area

- Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:





- Previous experience operating an industrial saw or cutting machine

- Experience cutting aluminium or similar materials

- Strong measuring skills and ability to work accurately in millimetres

- Ability to read cutting lists, fabrication sheets or production drawings

- Good attention to detail

- Understanding of workshop and machinery safety

- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Experience within the roller shutter, window, door, aluminium fabrication or similar manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
