What You'll Bring

We're looking for a confident optical professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

You'll bring:

- 3+ years' experience in the optical industry,



with strong dispensing knowledge and technical expertise
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members in a retail, healthcare, or optical environment
- Exceptional patient care skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong dispensing capabilities, with the ability to confidently recommend solutions tailored to individual patient needs
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to balance operational priorities in a busy practice
- A positive attitude and ability to lead through change, supporting continuous improvement and team engagement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both patients and colleagues

Most importantly, we're seeking someone who will work hand-in-hand with the Practice Manager as a true partner, helping drive practice success, support team development, and create exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through the door.
