About the role:

We're seeking experienced B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers looking for a flexible, casual opportunity in Brisbane, Australia. As an Instructor-Delivery and Assessment, you will deliver a blend of classroom and hands-on workshop training in our fully operational airside hangar. Whether you're looking to scale back, supplement your current work, or simply enjoy a more flexible schedule, this is an opportunity to stay connected to aviation and use your experience to inspire, mentor, and help develop the next generation of aviation professionals.

If you're ready to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of aviation professionals, we'll support your transition into training by fully funding your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

- Aircraft Maintenance Category B1 and/or B2 Licence

- Type Rating (e.g., Boeing, Beechcraft King Air)

- Willingness to learn, grow and obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

- Ability to work both autonomously and within a small, close-knit team.

- Experience working in the aviation industry, preferably at least 3 years.

- Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills.

- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for aviation.
