The Role
As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the company's high standards. You will be the key link between the site team, subcontractors and clients, driving daily performance and fostering a culture built on teamwork and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage labour, plant and resources in line with the construction program
- Lead and motivate site crews to achieve production targets
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure progress, quality and safety standards are met




- Conduct regular site meetings to communicate objectives and expectations
- Maintain accurate site diaries and documentation
- Review and sign off plant hire, materials and labour dockets
- Ensure all personnel hold valid White Cards, are inducted and compliant
- Drive WHS excellence through toolbox talks, daily briefings and proactive communication

Background & Experience

To be successful, you will bring:

- A stable employment history with proven progression through site‑based roles
- Demonstrated success delivering major civil infrastructure projects
- Solid leadership capability with a hands‑on, team‑focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and delivering work the right way
- Experience in subdivisions, roadworks, drainage, utilities or similar civil projects
