We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Salesperson to join our Ballarat team.

About the Role

As a Parts Salesperson, you will provide parts support to both internal departments and external customers, ensuring parts requests are handled efficiently and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales

· Sourcing and identifying parts using electronic catalogues and databases

· Ordering, quoting, receipting and invoicing parts

· Managing incoming stock and freight deliveries

· Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

· Supporting the promotion and growth of the Parts Department

· Maintaining accurate records and inventory systems

About You

· To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Excellent organisational and time management abilities

· Sound computer and administrative skills

· High attention to detail

· An interest in agriculture, machinery or the automotive industry
