About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving results, encouraging sales, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive.

You will also be the face of Fernwood Fitness Ascot Vale and create the perfect member experience for all those who engage with the club.

Your ambitious and passionate personality will contribute to our strong sense of community, and develop strong rapport with members, external partners and the wider Fernwood team.

As part of our Membership Service Team you will manage everything from new membership sign ups, front desk management and general administration to providing first-class customer service. You will also assist with all other aspects of club operations such as social media, club tours, member outreach, club presentation, administration, retail sales and general member engagement.

About you

You're a woman with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude with great energy!





Availability of evenings until 7pm required across a 7 day roster, differing shifts including some Saturday mornings.

Skills & experience

Driven by achieving results for our members, themselves, and the company.

Excellent customer service skills and a high level of maturity.

Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and KPI's

Excellent phone, email and face to face conversation skills

Experience with face-to-face sales preferred.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships quickly.

Can drive enquiries in the local area and convert leads to meet targets.

Dynamic and creative sales skills; able to identify sales and marketing opportunities.

Fitness qualification highly regarded.
