We’re looking for an experienced Residential Draftsperson to join our dynamic team, based within our Osborne Park Office.

About the role

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Oversee work conducted by our overseas team, checking drawings and providing specialist technical advice;

- Prepare drawings and plans for construction for Shire submission and construction;

- Maintain CAD standards and libraries; and

- Liaise with external engineers and certifiers to ensure compliance, including shires and developers.

Skills and experience

- 2 years minimum experience in a residential drafting or design role with a project home builder;





- Strong understanding of R Codes, developer requirements and NCC (including keeping up to date with relevant changes);

- Sound Archicad knowledge;

- Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with all key stakeholders;

- Must display strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously; and

- Ability and willingness to work to deadlines.
