New Homes Division – Estimating Support / Project Administration

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Mannix is a long-established, family-owned South Australian business specialising in air conditioning, solar and electrical services. Due to continued growth in our New Homes Division, we are looking to appoint a Estimating Support / Project Administration team member to assist with the preparation and delivery of new home projects.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with plans, numbers and systems, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to build skills in estimating and project support within a stable business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Current Homes Manager, you will play a key support role in the estimating and pre-construction process, including:

- Assisting with air conditioning designs for new home builds

- Completing take-offs from architectural and builder plans

- Preparing and checking documentation for quoting and job setup

- Supporting estimators and project staff with accurate data and cost inputs

- Maintaining job records, drawings and supporting information

- General project and administration support across the New Homes team

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy





- Strong computer skills and confidence working with plans, drawings, and spreadsheets

- A methodical approach and ability to follow processes

- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

- A genuine interest in construction, estimating or building services

Experience in estimating, construction, HVAC, drafting, or administration is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
