About the role

Join the dynamic team at Interconnect Imaging as a full-time Medical Receptionist in Frankston, Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the medical practice.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records
- Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and managing the front desk
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Providing general support to the wider team as required
- Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times

About you

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (preferred Radiology experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and the medical team in a professional and empathetic manner




- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using medical practice software and standard office applications
- A warm, friendly, and welcoming personality to put patients at ease
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
