Motion Group is a family-owned and operated company specialising in construction, fabrication and maintenance across the commercial, agricultural and mining sectors.

Our capabilities include project management and supervision, structural and mechanical installation, fabrication, crane operations and site maintenance.

We are currently seeking experienced Crane Operators, Riggers and Dogmen to join our construction and wet hire teams.

These positions are offered on a casual basis, with the chance for full-time employment for the right candidates.

Crane Operators – Construction & Wet Hire

Essential requirements:

- High Risk Work Licence – DG, CN & CO

- Construction Induction Card (White Card)

- Current Heavy Vehicle Licence – HR or HC

- Own reliable transport

- Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety

- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable:

- Additional High Risk Work Licences – LF, RB, RI & RA

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work away from home when required

Riggers – Construction

Essential requirements:

- High Risk Work Licences – DG, WP & RB (RI or RA preferred)

- Working at Heights training completed within the last 2 years

- Construction Induction Card (White Card)

- Current Driver Licence and own reliable transport

- Relevant Yellow Cards – BL, SL & VL

- Own hand tools

- Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety

- Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable:

- Additional High Risk Work Licences – C6/CO

- Heavy Vehicle Licence – HR or HC

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work away from home when required

Dogmen – Wet Hire

Essential requirements:

- High Risk Work Licence – DG

- Construction Induction Card (White Card)

- Current Driver Licence and own reliable transport

- Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety

- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable:

- Additional High Risk Work Licences – C6/CO

- Heavy Vehicle Licence – HR or HC

- Willingness to work away from home when required
