Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll join a small finance team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes. Your opportunity...

- Prepare financial workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end processes, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial close activities
- Prepare management, regulatory, and statutory reporting, including APRA returns, BAS, FBT, and taxation requirements
- Prepare and reconcile payroll for processing through an outsourced payroll provider, ensuring accuracy of PAYG, superannuation, novated lease, and payroll data
- Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure the accuracy of financial records and supporting schedules
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support budgeting, business cases, pricing, and cost optimisation initiative
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation legislation, and internal controls
- Contribute to a strong risk and compliance culture by identifying risks, maintaining governance standards, and meeting regulatory obligations

About You...

- Previous Financial Accountant experience in a hands-on environment
- Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance experience




- Excellent Excel skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
- A collaborative and easy-going personality who enjoys working within a small team
- The confidence to pick up new processes and systems with minimal supervision

CPA or CA qualifications are not essential, and we welcome applications from experienced accounting professionals who have remained close to the detail and enjoy the practical side of finance.
