We have an opportunity for a Sales Representative / Agronomist to join our Ayr Branch. You will bring strong sales experience and a customer-first approach, with full training provided on our in-house product range.

n

You will be supported by the Ayr Branch team, specialist Agronomists and the Regional Business Manager, and will report directly to the Area Manager.

n

Key areas of responsibility will include:

n

- Growing product sales and building strong relationships with new and existing clients
n
- Providing product advice and resolving customer queries
n
- Working collaboratively with the branch team and Muirs' national network
n

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

n




- Good presentation, communication and relationship building skills
n
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability and willingness to travel and build relationships with industry suppliers
n
- Strong problem-solving skills, time and priority management, and the ability to work independently
n
- Previous experience working in an agricultural retail sales environment (Preferred)
n
- An Agronomy degree and knowledge of sugar cane an advantage but not essential
n
- Relevant computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
n
- A current driver's licence is essential
n
