Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join the team at Kilargo in Banyo. As a leading manufacturer of door seals and safety systems, Kilargo helps create safer, quieter, and more energy-efficient buildings across Australia.

What You Will Do

n

n
- Pick and cut metal profiles to production orders
n
- Sort and prepare materials for assembly teams
n
- Move materials and trolleys throughout the production area
n
- Ensure production teams receive materials on time
n
- Perform basic measuring and cutting tasks
n
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
n
- Assist other production departments when required
n
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
n

What We Require

n

n
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and manual handling
n
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and saftey
n
- Basic maths skills for measuring and cutting materials
n
- Ability to read and understand written work instructions
n
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team
n
- Availability Monday – Thursday (5AM – 1:30 pm) & Friday (5am – 11am)

What We Prefer

n

n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing,



or production
n
- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- Experience working with metal products or materials
n
- Basic knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Excel – or willingness to learn
n
