The Role:
You’ll be the face of the business, representing premium properties and delivering an exceptional experience to both landlords and prospective tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections for high-end properties across the Inner West
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants and landlords
- Managing applications and sourcing the most suitable tenants for your clients
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the leasing process
- Managing your own calendar, appointments and daily schedule
- Supporting the Property Management team with ad-hoc duties & administration
- Working within a high-performing team that supports your development and success

The Candidate:

- Must hold a certificate of registration
- You will ideally have experience in Real Estate
- Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle
- Highly organised, lead by example & able to work autonomously
- High attention to detail & high level of customer service
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to build & maintain new relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- NO experience will be considered if you are energetic, passionate & hold a current certificate of registration
