About the role
We have 2 x Permanent Part-time positions for experienced Registered Nurses looking for night shift to join our team. Rostered shifts will be across our homes in North Parramatta and Gladesville. Fortnightly:
- Position 1: 2 shifts – Gladesville + 5 shifts – North Parramatta
- Position 2: 4 shifts – Gladesville + 4 shifts – North Parramatta

Key responsibilities
- Deliver protected, effective,
and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.
- Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents’ conditions.
- Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.
About you
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.
- A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.
- Police Check
