We’re expanding and looking for Implementation Consultants for Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, & Pay Policies). What You’ll Do

Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements, including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements.

Lead the configuration and delivery of Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, & Pay Policies) for complex operational models (multi-site, shift-based, remote operations).

Support clients through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data validation, and Go Live.

Train and coach junior implementation consultants.

Provide insights to optimise scheduling,



labour planning, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, & Pay Policies) from either client side or implementation.

Implementation Consulting experience, delivering full end to end lifecycle.

Robust understanding of compliance frameworks (penalties, overtime, allowances, fatigue management).

Ability to translate operational requirements into Dayforce configuration.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
