Our client based in Belmont is currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to join their team. This role involves travelling between sites using a company-provided Programmed van, servicing a variety of commercial locations.

You will primarily be working across Service Stations, Reece Plumbing, and a small number of Officeworks sites, ensuring grounds are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Push mowing
- Brush cutting / whipper snipping
- Litter collection across sites
- Cleaning cobwebs
- Window cleaning
- Taking site photos and uploading via iPad
- Completing site inductions as required

Requirements (Essential)

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Current White Card
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Monday to Friday
- Summer hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Winter hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

$33.75 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Takes pride in maintaining clean and presentable sites
