The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on Sinoboom equipment across VIC.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide practical solutions onsite.
- Work closely with customers to ensure equipment safety and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.





What We’re Looking For:

- Trade qualifications or significant experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with heavy machinery or access equipment.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
