About the role

We are seeking expressions of interest for a number of experienced ICT Support Officers to join our Field Services team supporting users based at our large-scale energy and resources customer. 15 working days on, 13 days off with travel to site on your work days from Brisbane to Chinchilla, you will provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support, ensuring end users remain productive through the delivery of responsive and professional technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to onsite users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobility, and connectivity issues.

Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices.

Manage user accounts, access requests, and equipment records.





Escalate complex issues to specialist support teams as required.

About you

Experience in a Desktop Support, ICT Support, or Service Desk role.

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience with Active Directory and device deployment.

Exposure to Intune, SCCM/MECM or ServiceNow would be advantageous.

Current Open Queensland Driver's Licence (mandatory)

Experience working in a similar role (highly regarded)
