Hospitality - FOH, Door Host & Baristas required

Fed Blue Mountains is hiring for front-of-house positions on a predominantly weekday basis. Shifts are early morning starting at 6.30am or afternoon until 5pm. As one of the busiest and most-loved cafes in the Blue Mountains, the role requires individuals who are quick to learn POS systems, can follow procedures, and who shine when things get busy and energetic. Every day is different at Fed, so flexibility and adaptability are key.

Key responsibilities

- Work as part of a dynamic front-of-house team
- Learn and operate POS systems
- Follow procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Provide welcoming service to customers

About you

- Available for a minimum of 3+ days per week
- Quick to learn POS systems
- Able to follow procedures
- Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting
- Bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a love of hospitality
- For Barista applicants: minimum of 6+ months barista experience required
- R.S.A. is required or must be willing to get one
