An exciting opportunity has become available for an MRI and Nuclear Medicine Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Precision Imaging Partners at our practice in Penrith. This is a full-time position where the right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

As a MRI and Nuclear Medicine Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic clinical setting.

Responsibilities Will Include

Providing outstanding service both on the phone and in person when greeting patients.

Managing patient bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth patient flow.

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

Multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, referrers, and clinical staff.

Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks as required.
