Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Sales Manager, to lead and drive the sales function across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing national sales plans aligned with growth targets
- Leading, coaching and mentoring a geographically dispersed sales team
- Managing sales performance across territories, key accounts and distribution channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major growers, distributors and stakeholders
- Overseeing forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance
- Identifying new business opportunities across agriculture, horticulture and irrigation sectors
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, marketing and technical teams





This role offers a strong blend of strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution, with regular travel across Australia and Recent Zealand.

Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will demonstrate proven success in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within agriculture, irrigation, or technical B2B industries.

You will possess:

- Irrigation management experience is highly regarded
- Extensive experience leading sales teams across multiple regions
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth
- Based in Brisbane, or Melbourne
- Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand
- Drivers license

Tertiary qualifications in business, agriculture, engineering or a related field will be highly regarded.
