Rattle N Hum and Paddy's are busy bars and restaurants with a strong emphasis on customer service from a vibrant and experienced team. Located on the main street of the bustling town of Port Douglas, situated in the paradise that is tropical Far North Queensland.

The Ideal Candidate must present

- Leadership with strong hospitality and people management ability
- Ability to lead & motivate staff
- Troubleshooting abilityand ability to make quick decisions
- Versatile availability - including day, night & weekend

This is an exciting full-time hours opportunity in the heart of Port Douglas in well-established, high-volume popular venues. The successful candidate will take a very hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
