Hunter Homes is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a motivated, positive and sales-driven New Home Advisor to join our Hunter Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys building genuine relationships and is motivated by achieving results. You’ll be joining an established local builder with a strong presence across the Hunter and exciting growth ahead.

For us, experience is important, but attitude, energy and drive are just as important. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, accountable and genuinely wants to succeed.

The Role

As a New Home Advisor, you’ll guide prospective clients through the early stages of their new home journey, helping them find the right home to suit their lifestyle, land and budget.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with prospective clients and building strong relationships
- Managing new enquiries and sales opportunities through to conversion
- Conducting skilled and engaging client appointments
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable home solutions




- Preparing and presenting new home estimates
- Proactively following up clients and progressing opportunities
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Building relationships with land agents, developers and industry partners
- Working collaboratively with the broader Hunter Homes team to deliver a outstanding client experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and genuine drive to perform.

You will ideally:

- Have experience in new home sales, property, real estate or consultative sales
- Be confident, personable and naturally able to build rapport
- Be commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Be proactive, organised and accountable
- Bring a positive and solutions-focused attitude
- Be resilient, adaptable and open to coaching and development
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
- Take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
