The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and to play a key role in converting enquiries into booked work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, customer interaction and working as a key member of a team orientated business. There is genuine opportunity for growth as the business and customer service function expand.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsibility for our CRM Platform: ZOHO including inbound enquiries across phone, email and web




- Issue quotes using internal systems and templates
- Coordinate internally to resolve questions and progress jobs
- Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support scheduling and general customer communication

About You

- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Detail oriented and highly organised
- Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
- Proactive and reliable, with strong communication skills.
- Able to prioritise and escalation appropriately

ZOHO CRM experience is manditory.
