The Role:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates across civil and construction projects.
- Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential value-engineering options.




- Take ownership of tender pricing and submissions.
- Analyse project scopes, drawings, specifications and relevant documentation.

About You:

- Minimum 5+ years’ estimating experience across basements, demolition and civil infrastructure projects.
- Confident interpreting plans, specifications and project documentation.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, project costs and subcontractor pricing.
